Minneapolis Wedding at Five Event Center
On August 31st, I shot a Minneapolis wedding for a very special couple. I was so honored to shoot Jennay and Timmy’s wedding, not only because they are a genuine, loving and fun couple… but because Jennay was the first person I ever shot when I purchased my first DSLR in 2012. In the fall of 2012 I shot Jennay’s high school senior pictures! What an awesome experience to have her come back to me six years later to shoot her wedding! I was beyond thrilled and honored to document their day and let me tell you – it was the best day!
The girls started out getting ready at Embassy Suites in Minneapolis and from there I met up with the guys who were getting ready at Jennay and Timmy’s home. I took Timmy with me and we went to Five Event Center for him to see his stunning bride for the first time! All the feels…!
From the first look we went on to Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis for some more photos of them followed by the wedding party pictures. Jennay and I both loved the setting of the willow trees! Their friends kept me smiling during the photos and were so awesome to hangout with all day!
Jennay and Timmy’s Minneapolis wedding at Five Event Center started at 6:00pm. Her Grandma shared a lovely reading and they had a nice intimate ceremony surrounded by greenery and gold with white lit candles lining the aisle.
Cocktail hour led into the reception and dinner followed by a non-stop fun dance party. I swear I have just as much fun shooting the people dancing as they are dancing! Thank you Jennay and Timmy for allowing me to capture your best day ever! You both rocked it!!
